The Buena Vista Tennis Club presents the general public and partners two interesting proposals for children and young people have fun during the holidays 2013 . The first proposal is a Holiday Camp for children from 2 to 16 years old. Each child can choose a workshop as painting, drawing , crafts, swimming, basketball , dancing, magic, puppets, theater, tennis, football , martial arts, among others. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 1 PM . The cost for members is $ 110 and for the general public $ 150. The second proposal is aimed at children from 8 years to 18 years . This second proposal focuses only on tennis workshop is taught by highly qualified professionals. Also the cost for members is 80 € and the general public 130 USD. In either case the courses start on July 1 and extend to August 30 .

Why do I like tennis?

I like Club de Tenis Buena Vista because it is a club where I can practise tennis, which is a sport that I really love. First because it is a stress reliever, which means that I relax and makes me stop thinking about my daily stressors. Second, because it is just me, I mean, if I lose, it is because of me, because I wasn't good enough on the day or because I made poor choices.  I lose and I am defeated alone, so I realise that I should work harder. But when you win, it's all you, and you feel happy about it! Third, because I need to be prepared in three aspects: mental, physical and technical, which are the basic thing about tennis,  if you don't have one of those, you can't win. It's a constant battle in the court with yourself, and to be better players, we must never give up.  As Andy says: " I love tennis because physically its one of the most challenging sports, mentally it's like a chess match, and it's just you out there to take all the glory or all the blame."
